We are committed to operating a safe event and have put in place measures to ensure that staff, visitors and exhibitors have a safe and enjoyable day out. For the safety of all involved we will be providing:

• A safely marked out exhibition area which is supervised by a team of marshals
• Separation of moving visitor vehicles from pedestrian show zones
• Exhibitor vehicles on static show only 
• A visitor parking volunteer team
• An event control point, with lost persons and first aid capabilities
• A team of officials who are clearly identifiable
• Excellent welfare facilities and access for emergency services  

We ask that all attendees to our show are respectful of the organisers and marshalling team and respect calm instruction given throughout the day and in the event of an emergency.
